The high season for most tourists is summer. Nature is in full bloom, everything is lush green and the weather is stable.

Photographers and those with low budgets will appreciate less crowded and cheaper autumn months! It's an incredible time to experience the Dolomites in different shades of orange and yellow.

Winter is perfect for skiing, but there are winter hike opportunities as well! Don't forget crampons or snowshoes.

During spring, many mountain huts are closed. The same applies to the hiking trails - the leftover winter snow presents a certain level of danger. But everything is coming to life and the end of spring is an excellent time for a visit!
