Welcome to The Manduls. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases of digital products, including our travel eBooks and Google Maps links. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on The Manduls — including eBooks and Google Maps links — are digital-only items. No physical products are shipped.

eBooks are delivered via email link after payment is completed within 24 hours.
Google Maps links are provided as a shareable Google Maps link, sent within 24 hours after purchase.

2. Personal Use License

All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or modify our products without prior written permission.
Unauthorized distribution or resale is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

3. Payments and Security

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
By purchasing a product, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
If required by law, applicable taxes such as VAT will be applied at checkout in compliance with Slovak and EU regulations.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
If you experience any technical issues with your download or access link, please contact us at hello@themanduls.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Access and Updates

You are responsible for saving and backing up your purchased digital files.
When we update our products, such as revised eBooks or updated Google Maps links, the updates are applied automatically. You don’t need to take any action, and you will see the changes immediately when you access your digital product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including eBooks, Google Maps links, text, images, branding, and website content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission from The Manduls.

8. Disclaimer

Our eBooks and Google Maps links are based on our travel knowledge, research, and experience. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be current.
We are not responsible for:

Changes to locations, opening hours, or pricing.
Closures, safety issues, or any inconveniences that occur during your travels.
